Man has created so many different types of unique looking bird baths, that they have forgotten or a

thought has never crossed their mind of what a bird would prefer to splash around in.

The Simple bird bath, which is the original one, has gentle slope sides with a round flat bottom, no more than

3 inches of water inside of it. This is the shape that birds love, and is found in many puddles that people often

find birds taking joy in after a rain shower.

Of course the main purpose of a bird bath, is to attract birds to a resendential area, like a park, a garden,

or a front yard, where people can simple watch and enjoy these creatures in which God created.

The ideal bird bath would probably weigh no more than 7lbs, just to keep wind from and various storms

that may occur from knocking it over.

shapes, sizes, and colors.

and resin. With the many inventions that people have come up with to add new features to the bird

baths, there are many different options to add to the baths, to give your yard a more sophisticated look.

These extras include heaters, fountains, water drippers, and mist.

Choose a great location to put your bird bath, like in a nice shaded area, where there are some tree

branches to help cover the birds and protect them from predators, like cats.

Be sure an keep your bird bath(s) clean, according to what area you have them in. If they are somewhere

where there is heavy leaf fall, then you should probably clean it out about once per month. If it rains a lot

where there bird bath will be located, be sure to empty excessive water and leave about 3 inches of water

inside the bird bath bowel.
